ghostty-dotfiles

My Ghostty config, using the Nordfox theme and Monaspace fonts.

What's Included

  • Font: Monaspace Neon NF (main), Monaspace Radon NF (italics) with full ligature and stylistic set support
  • Theme: Nordfox (built-in) - Nord-inspired palette with more vibrant syntax colors; Matches my Neovim colorscheme.
  • Shell Integration: Fish-compatible, with cursor, sudo, and title support
  • OS-Specific Overrides via os-macos.conf and os-linux.conf

Dependencies

Installation

  1. Clone the repo:
git clone https://git.codeni.wiki/codeni/ghostty-dotfiles ~/.config/ghostty
  1. Delete the OS-Specific override file that doesn't apply to your machine:
# On macOS, remove the Linux override
rm ~/.config/ghostty/os-linux.conf

# On Linux, remove the macOS override
rm ~/.config/ghostty/os-macos.conf
  1. Restart Ghostty.

OS-Specific Overrides

The base config applies on all platforms. OS-Specific settings live in separate files that are loaded conditionally - Ghostty skips them silently if they do not exist.

  • os-macos.conf - macOS titlebar style and window decoration settings
  • os-linux.conf - GTK single instance setting
